Spring Ephemeral and Bird Migration Walk

Join the Third House Nature Center for a guided walk through Big Reed Woods during the height of spring migration and wildflower season. Discover stunning ephemerals like jack-in-the-pulpit, trout lilies, wood anemones, and more—alongside the possibility of spotting warblers, tanagers, flycatchers, and other migratory birds. We’ll also visit Big Reed Pond, a historically significant area that was once the last ancestral home of the Montaukett tribe. Bring water, snacks, binoculars, and your love for nature!
